So honoured today to have a photo up on one of my favourite places on the internet!!
Most wedding blogs feature weddings because of the look of the event – the beautiful flowers, the dress, the stylish decor – which is awesome! In fact, I constantly find myself wishing they had been around back when I was planning my own wedding, and Dave and I have been fortunate enough to have photos of the lovely weddings we’ve photographed featured quite a few times on many amazing blogs…… But when I first heard about this new wedding blog that would instead feature just single images that captured those little moments that happen on a wedding day, well I was totally excited! Moment Junkie is a game changer, something completely different to what is already out there……. and I knew it would be a voice within the wedding industry that said “hey, we love stylish events too, but let’s take a moment to remember that a wedding day is about so much more than that“. This has always been the focus of what Dave and I try to capture at every wedding we photograph; the small moments that happen and the authentic connections between people that cannot be scripted.
So this is quite the honour……. thank you SO MUCH to our peers over at Moment Junkie for featuring this image today of Jess and her bridesmaid Nicole.
